Terms of use
Last updated: 18 April 2026 · This is a Phase 0 set of terms covering the PPG Toolkit marketing site and any free content we publish through it. Each tool will have its own terms when it launches.
Who we are
The PPG Toolkit is operated by My Practice Manager Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 16021943) with its registered office in Manchester, England. In these terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to My Practice Manager Ltd; “you” refers to the person or practice using the site.
What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of the ppgtoolkit.co.uk website and any free content we publish through it. Individual tools in the PPG Toolkit family (inside My Practice Manager, as a standalone app, or published here) will have their own terms when they launch; those will apply to the tool in question.
The PPG Toolkit
The PPG Toolkit is a forthcoming family of tools for GP practices in England. Some will live inside My Practice Manager, one will be a standalone app at app.ppgtoolkit.co.uk, and some free templates and references will be published directly on this site. Once any free content is available here you may use it for any legitimate practice purpose, including for your own CQC evidence and internal governance. You may share outputs within your practice, PCN, ICB, and with regulators.
You may not resell our content, rebrand it as your own, or incorporate our templates into a competing product.
Your responsibilities
If you use any of our published content, you are responsible for adapting it to your practice’s specific circumstances, for the accuracy of any information you add, and for keeping your own copies of anything you produce from it. Our content is a planning aid. It does not replace your professional judgement, your contractual obligations to your commissioner, or the advice of your own legal or compliance specialists.
No warranties
The site and the toolkit are provided “as is”. We make no warranty that the content is complete, accurate, suitable for any particular purpose, or free of defects; nor do we warrant that using the toolkit will produce any particular outcome with CQC, your ICB, or any other party. Nothing on this site is legal or regulatory advice.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of your use of the site or any free content we publish through it is limited to £100. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of goodwill.
Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our privacy notice.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be signalled at the top of this page; the “last updated” date will always reflect the current version.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
